This role requires a proficient Finance Analyst capable of assisting the Accounting & Finance Department with financial analysis and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modelling within the property sector. Description Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken Profile A successful 'Finance Analyst' should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments Job Offer A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum A vibrant company culture that fosters creativity and innovation An opportunity to progress into a business partner role Generous holiday leave We invite all interested and candidates to apply for this exciting role in the property industry, based in Andover.
