Grafton Banks Finance are supporting a business on the outskirts of Lewes, East Sussex to recruit a part-time, experienced Accounts Assistant who has an excellent understanding of the accounting fundamentals around VAT, Accounts and Credit Control.
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, professional and well-organised and should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You'll be tasked with supporting a small close knit finance team with helping to create a process-driven and efficient department while also making sure the Finance Support is completed each month.

Working 25 hours per week (ideally 5 hours per day) the successful applicant will be a strong administrator with responsibility for controlling the receipt of all returns and repairs, ensuring collections are well coordinated.
Liaising with internal and external staff regarding the status of upcoming and pending returns and compiling and circulating repair and return reports.
