Account Manager Ads ASAP Start 6 month contract potential to extend Inside IR35 Hybrid working We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our clients Ads team, on a contract basis. This role is for initially 6 months but has the potential to extend further. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Agency Sales Partners to comprehend client objectives and deliver exceptional customer service. Your expertise will contribute to building media plans, responding to RFPs, and ensuring the seamless execution and optimisation of ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Client Partnership: Collaborate with Agency Sales Partners to understand and align with client goals, ensuring outstanding customer service. Media Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans and contribute to RFP responses, covering campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, and more. Campaign Management: Host campaign kick-off meetings, gather campaign launch assets, and oversee the production of custom creative assets in partnership with cross-functional teams. Ad Operations Collaboration: Work closely with Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting. Campaign Performance: Monitor and optimise the delivery performance of ad campaigns, providing clients with necessary performance reports and post-campaign wrap-ups. Issue Resolution: Navigate campaign escalations, contributing to long-term solutions to prevent similar issues in the future. Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities, and ad policies. Billing and Invoicing: Contribute to the monthly billing and invoicing process in coordination with clients and the finance team. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and agency partners. What we are looking for: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning within the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising. Proficiency in Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers). Deep knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders. Proven project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders. Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors such as Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc Experience in the entertainment sector is a huge bonus!

Problem solving and working well with teams to ensure the delivery of goods to meet the customers' requirements. Maximise all sales opportunities and look for new opportunities. Identify risks to the accounts both externally (competition and financial health) and internally (quality and delivery problems) before the client is ware of them.
