An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Lettings Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
Duties will include: processing tenant and landlord payments; maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets; and collaborating closely with other departments and landlords to promptly resolve inquiries and concerns.

Our valued client in urgently seeking an experienced office assistant / customer service administrator to join their small and friendly office team, on an ongoing temporary basis.
Duties will include scheduling and booking appointments, sending quotations, and a host of general office admin tasks.
The successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of MS Office, have excellent communication skills, and be able to deal with telephone based enquiries.
