We are delighted to be recruiting for our client who is a global leader in their field and has an opportunity within their Sutton office. They are currently looking to fill a Sales Administrator position to join their dynamic team, you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, as well as providing crucial support to the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for customers, handling all enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Receive and process orders through various channels, such as telephone and email.
  • Prepare accurate quotes based on established pricing guidelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any potential delays to customers.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Sales team, assisting with tasks as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries, working closely with the accounts department to ensure all invoices are settled promptly.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar Sales or Purchasing Administrator role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong IT skills, comfortable working with various software applications and systems.
