Social Account Manager 3 month contract £275 per day, outside IR35 Full time, 2 days in the office My client is a Social Media Agency looking for an Account Manager to support them on their current client base. You will need to have a background of client services as well as organic social media within agencies. The Role Consistently generating inventive and creative concepts and solutions for client campaigns. Developing a comprehensive understanding of your clients' brands, industry, and customer base. Monitoring and comprehending your clients' markets, staying attuned to market trends and competitive activities. Keeping clients well-informed by ensuring timely and centralized report submission for easy accessibility by the team. Collaborating in the creation of project briefs, briefing and collaborating with cross-functional team members to craft ideas, strategies, or campaign tactics, and effectively presenting and pitching these concepts to clients. Collaborating with Project Managers to formulate efficient project plans and project specification documents. Generating accurate cost estimates and obtaining approval from the Account Director and clients before commencing work. Ensuring timely completion of all billing processes. Ensuring that campaigns adhere to agreed-upon client budgets and that clients approve any unforeseen expenses before they are incurred. Assisting in the preparation of client reviews for senior clients. Exercising oversight and taking ownership of the overall quality of final project deliverables within your management portfolio. You Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, agency side A solid grasp of social media platforms and their influence on global brands Prior experience in an agency or related field is essential. Proficiency in managing client relationships effectively, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule. Proficient in interpersonal interactions at all organizational levels, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion, and maturity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
