Part-Time Accounts Assistant (Permanent) Lutterworth £26,000 - £28,000 - pro-rated Office-based. 4 x days flexible with hours. Our highly established client is looking to recruit an additional experienced Accounts professional to join their small Accounts team. Duties: Processing and reconciling Sales & Purchase Ledger. Posting journals. Preparing statutory accounts. Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. Managing petty cash transactions. Controlling credit and chasing debt. Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits. Using Sage and Excel Other administration not related to finance. Required: Minimum of 2 years general accounting experience. A flexible approach to tasks/work to meet the needs of the business. A positive 'can do' attitude. Motivated to do an accurate and thorough job. Team player. Excellent communication and keyboard skills. MS Office proficient Experienced in using an accounting system such as Sage.
