This key role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of their Service Department and representing our company to both clients and their customers.
Book renewal reviews for agents and account handlers within prescribed timelines.
Prepare documentation packs for renewal reviews in a timely manner.
Job Role
You will be working closely with the Agents and Account Handlers, booking review appointments, preparing documentation packages and working with members of staff to complete the post review reports and amendments.
