Responsibilities
Communication with VWFSFLEET Customers and Vehicle Suppliers to identify vehicle requirements.
General
The role of the Purchasing & Partnerships Advisor will work within the fleet department to help order and deliver new vehicles whilst building & managing customer and supplier relationships.
The role is vital in the delivery of customer excellence to the wider Volkswagen Financial ServicesFLEET customer portfolio and contributing to the growth and development of the department.
You must be an experienced VDA Estimator with knowledge of estimating costs for small to large scale vehicle damage, over a wide range of vehicles, including Electric/Hybrid vehicles.
Training will be supported on EV, Autoflow and Manufacturer systems.
You will have experience and confidence using Audatex and operating the bodyshop management system - Autoflow or other manufacturer programmes as required for the role.
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Porter to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at Eurest on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Basic Sage accounts would be an advantage to assist the Office Manager in absence but not essential.
You will have exceptional administration skills, with experience in MS Office and basic Excel.
Essentially you will have proven experience in the automotive industry working in a customer service focused role, with ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
