The successful School Administration Assistant will have administration, general office duties, reception - including meeting and greeting students visitors to the school and answering the telephone.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for providing business support for the team including: supporting the team with Sefton Liquid Logic database, typing, telephone duties, note taking in a variety of operational meetings, co-ordinating the gathering of information from other agencies to support the manager, processing invoices and petty cash payments and any other admin duties within the team.
