Our client, a growing company distributing workwear and safety items, is looking for an Order Processor & Customer Service Executive to join their team.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
Entering orders taken via email, telephone, web portal and rep visits onto the system.
The Customer Care Order Processor is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders to meet customer and business requirements while providing high levels of customer service.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm Friday 9 am to 4 pm.

Process and maintain customer's orders in a timely and accurate manner throughout the orders lifecycle; ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.

Processing and maintaining orders in SAP in order to meet the customers delivery deadlines; and ensuring that all orders processed are within the company discount policy.
They are looking for someone who has previously processed customer orders, as well as someone who has strong customer service experience!
