The role has come about due to their continued success within the property sector, and you will be required to manage a well-established retail development in Berkshire.
Key responsibilities will include
Setting, managing, and reconciling the service charge budget alongside the Senior Property Manager.
This role will cover the Berkshire and Wiltshire area.
This is a varied and demanding role working for a large organisation in which you will be working alongside all levels of stakeholders and managing a team handling property insurance claims.

To work with a serviced office facility to oversee the efficient operation of the centre and drive commercial sales.
