The Operations Integration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of processes, policies, workflows, data sets and configurations for newly acquired businesses within the Advice Pillar, in particular, putting into action what comes out of the integration project meetings.
Supporting the wider business with M&A ops integration efforts, working closely with the integration group project manager, the Head of Operations, the wider Senior Management and Management teams.
Their primary focus is on establishing consistency and alignment across the Advice Pillar by supporting the Managing Director plan and deliver the critical integration activities in a timely, methodical, and diligent manner.
