Operations Integration Manager

The Operations Integration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of processes, policies, workflows, data sets and configurations for newly acquired businesses within the Advice Pillar, in particular, putting into action what comes out of the integration project meetings.

Their primary focus is on establishing consistency and alignment across the Advice Pillar by supporting the Managing Director plan and deliver the critical integration activities in a timely, methodical, and diligent manner. Supporting the wider business with M&A ops integration efforts, working closely with the integration group project manager, the Head of Operations, the wider Senior Management and Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute M&A ops integrations of existing processes and configurations for newly acquired businesses into the Advice Pillar, ensuring alignment and consistency across the Advice Pillar.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with the Group M&A integration project managers and the Head of Operations, and ops management teams within the Advice Pillar
  • Translate the vision and requirements of the Managing Director into an operational reality.
  • When appropriate, host and facilitate training sessions for both individuals and groups to ensure successful integration and adoption of new processes.
  • Deliver presentations to communicate integration plans, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the wider business with M&A integration initiatives, collaborating with senior management, operations management, and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of processes.
  • Work closely with senior management, operations management, and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless transition of processes, providing guidance and support throughout the integration process.
  • Take ownership of key Intelligent Office (IO) relationships, ensuring that IO integrations are meticulously planned to minimise disruption and maximise efficiency.
  • Utilise data analysis skills to extract and analyse relevant data from systems, providing insights and ideas for process optimisation and improvement.

Experience Required:

  • Well versed in ops integrations work within financial planning firms
  • Experience in ops integration and improvement within a financial planning business
  • Extensive understanding of Operational Processes
  • Sound Insight of the Financial Services Sector
  • Intelligent Office (IO) Software Proficiency
