I am on the search for a dynamic HR Operations Manager to lead and enhance HR and operational functions at my clients growing firm.
This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
You will work closely with directors to implement comprehensive policies, processes, and systems essential to the employee lifecycle, delivering outstanding, compliant, and effective HR service to all stakeholders.
Compliance Manager - this is a 50/50 split of Work from home and in office .
