We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a family-owned learning disability group.
This role will involve overseeing the daily operational activities of three residential care homes and an independent day service facility, all catering for individuals living with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will report directly to the board of Directors and contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.
The purpose of this new role is to help maintain and grow their successful practice; they're seeking a financial services professional with operational and proven personnel management skills to oversee the busy offices daily activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services e.g.
My client is a firm of independent financial advisers with over seventy years of combined experience within the sector; serving clients both nationally and locally, from their offices based just west of the city of Norwich.
You will have responsibility for the Depot supervisors and their teams ensuring that effective processes are in place and that efficiency levels are continuously improved upon.
This role requires the maintenance of high levels of compliance and health and safety within a very customer centric industrial/processing environment.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers.
