Location: Norwich
Salary: £40,000.00 + car allowance + benefits
Summary:
This role requires the maintenance of high levels of compliance and health and safety within a very customer centric industrial/processing environment. You will have responsibility for the Depot supervisors and their teams ensuring that effective processes are in place and that efficiency levels are continuously improved upon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ensure that all financial and budgeted targets are achieved, including overtime, staff numbers and revenue
- Supervise the performance of the depot operations and ensure effective processes are in place.
- Ensure work equipment is operated in a safe manner and staff have appropriate training.
- Ensure all health and safety policies, procedures and legal obligations are understood and adhered to.
Experience:
- Experience of people and health and safety management within a multi-shift and industrial/processing environment.
- Good people skills and able to stay focused in a tough and demanding environment.
- Proven track record of working to clearly defined KPIs
- Experience of vehicle management i.e. CPC, tachos, Road Transport directive
- Able to analyse and manipulate data.
- Excellent planning skills
Able to deliver continuous improvement within an operational service led environment.
