A1 personnel are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Dartford.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely and communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager to achieve completion of jobs, these tasks include plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting and decoration, carpentry, general site cleaning).
Take ownership of and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the sites and surrounding grounds, logged on our PPM Schedules and periodic tables.
Provide day to day support to ensure all facets of the warehouse & logistics team, including despatch planning and stock control and operational control systems are in place and are adhered to.
Ensure no past due customer orders by reviewing regularly with the demand planner, reacting quickly to action messages.
General
The focus of the role is to coordinate outbound stock, waste management activity and supplier communications to ensure efficient and effective operational controls are in place, working closely with Inbound and stakeholders to deliver an optimum level of service.
Essential: Need to have own transport due to location of the site.
They grow around 100 different crops each year.

The Role
Keep waste to a minimum and ensue all machine problems are reported timely to the Shift Manager to maintain maximum machine efficiency, adhering to health and safety and personal hygiene rules at all times.
Train, monitor and supervise shift packing line staff to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality to ensure all coffee products are packed to the customer's specification by ensuring all machines are set-up and working well.
As Business Administrator, you will work with colleagues and clients to provide the business performance insights through use of data analysis, visualisations and reporting.

You will be looking after 3 sites within the trust covering Dartford, Sidcup and Erith and you will be engaging with the staff on these sites, ensuring they can come to you in a confidential manner to discuss any work related issues, worries or concerns they may have, opening up conversations & dialogues and then assist & support them in any next steps they may want to take
Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week
