A creative and fast paced events management company, based in Manchester City Centre, are keen to hire an Operations Executive. You will oversee the support services team and be the point of escalation for all supplier and office related queries. The role will involve managing all IT processes and being the day to day contact for IT issues, along with managing the internal phone systems and company mobile phones. A crucial part of this position will be to undertake monthly auditing of all three ISO frameworks ready for annual audit, collating all evidence, updating trackers and registers. This role would suit someone with previous experience dealing with audits and yearly external assessment for ISO accreditations. You will need strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be essential for this role. The position is full time, with 1 day per week working from home and the salary available is up to £30k depending upon experience. What will you be doing as an Operations Executive? Oversee the support services team and provide cover where needed Ensure all compliance for H& S and external audits is completed Being a point of escalation for office or office supplier issues Manage internal communications and support with office related events Manage all IT processes and be the day to day contact for any IT Issues Complete data security questionnaires for tenders Manage Cyber Essentials and additional accreditations where necessary Manage all company mobile phones Manage the internal phone system Key contact for sustainability and ISO accreditations with clients and on regular client calls Undertake monthly auditing of all three ISO frameworks ready for annual audit, collating all evidence, updating trackers and registers Manage annual renewals of other specific accreditations Grow the GM Charter, this focusses on community reach and being a living wage employer Personnel-based reports and updating payroll, new starter processes and training processes Manage and update all company policies and documentation Support with PQQs/tenders/procurement portals We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience working as an operations executive and overseeing a team is essential Confident to be the point of escalation for all supplier and office related queries Experience of managing IT processes ISO experience and confident completing the annual audits, collating all evidence, updating trackers and registers etc Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail Proactive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
