Working with a small friendly team, you will provide a courteous, efficient, and effective service, which maintains UCC's positive company image through maintaining high standards of customer communications. The Role: First line support for customers' arranging coffee machine installations. Support our sales team processing customer orders. Customer point of contact for equipment requests and answering queries. Plan equipment allocations, working closely with internal teams. Review stock management to ensure relevant coffee machine equipment is available. Maintain customer database to ensure system data is accurate and aligned. Assist the team with projects and adhoc tasks as required.
