As an Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the provision of the Activity Hub, planning activities to promote bespoke Health and Wellbeing, develop activities to support health and social care needs.
General
The Role: P4 Recruitment are working together with a charity who aspires to be the leader in the delivery of knowledge and expertise to older people who come into contact with the criminal justice system who are looking for a dedicated, reliable and passionate individual to join the team as an Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator.
Duties include (but not exclusive to): personal care; assisting with mobility needs; infection control; supporting residents with dementia, and end of life care; changing bed linen, sorting laundry, safe disposal of clinical waste, manage stock levels and equipment such as wheelchairs.
Delivery and lead in delivery of day-to-day holistic care for residents and meeting their unique needs.
General
Experience in working with Dementia patients and level 3 in care qualification is essential for this role
The Senior Hospitality Assistants work closely with the Chef (Care Home) to prepare and cook the food for residents in our care homes.
Saturday and Sunday 2pm-6pm; Job purpose

Delivery of a holistic, person-centred service to care home residents, which identifies their hospitality, housekeeping and catering needs and preferences.
Collaborating with other teams to achieve this.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene in accordance with health and safety, infection control standards, food hygiene legislation and St Monica Trust's policies and procedures.
