Role : Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator
Location: Bristol
Contract : Permanent
Hours : Part time, 26.5 hours per week to be worked Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday plus another half day
Salary : £25,623 pro rata per annum
The Role: P4 Recruitment are working together with a charity who aspires to be the leader in the delivery of knowledge and expertise to older people who come into contact with the criminal justice system who are looking for a dedicated, reliable and passionate individual to join the team as an Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator.
About the role:
As an Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the provision of the Activity Hub, planning activities to promote bespoke Health and Wellbeing, develop activities to support health and social care needs. You will provide high quality, innovative, holistic, responsive support, advice and intervention to ensure the needs of those who have health and social care need are supported.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience of developing and delivering training modules
- Great communication and organisation skills with a creative flare and a need to make a difference every day
- Having worked in a similar setting
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative
