My client are looking for Call Agents to join their busy Contact Centre team.
You will be required to receive information relating to crime from members of the public by phone and via online forms and will need to question callers.
From that information you will create a well written report which will be forwarded to various law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders for further development.
We're looking for someone with positivity and commitment.
Experience is a plus, but we offer full training- attitude is the most important thing.
