We are currently recruiting for a new Night Concierge / Security Officer to become a part of the team at our beautiful and modern site in Greenwich (SE10), with 636 private residential apartments.
The concierge is the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and contractors.
Working alongside the Building Manager, they must be professional in manner and appearance at all times and available to assist residents, visitors and contractors with any enquiries they may have in a positive, solution-oriented way.
We are working in partnership with a Local Authority in the Catford area who are seeking a Homelessness Prevention & Assessment Officer to work within the Homeless Service.
About the role
Provide an assessment service to customers presenting to the Council to ascertain what duties are owed to them by the authority and what alternative housing options are available to them.
Provide a comprehensive high quality homeless prevention, support and advice service to all households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
Purpose of Role: To ensure that the security of the Old Royal Naval College is maintained to the highest possible standards at all times of the day & night, ensuring that the safety of all tenants, staff and visitors is maintained.
To provide a highly visible and reassuring presence on site and be customer focused, reporting to the Security Manager and working as part of a team.
