Select Support is a CQC registered Somerset trusted care provider who specialises in Learning disabilities and Mental Health. We are a established small family run care provider who takes great pride in providing person centred care to those we support and appreciates and recognises staff efforts. We are looking to add a support workers to our team to support a young ladies around the age of 18 to 21 who has Mental health and anexity disorders. They enjoy music, arts and crafts, bowling, day trips, cooking etc. Support Needed with; ??Verbal prompting and encouragement with personal care. ??Physical assistance with maintaining a clean and habitable home. ??Company for all appointments and accessing the local community. ??Physical assistance with meal prep and cooking. ??Verbal encouragement to engage in activities. ??Ensuring safety is maintained. ??Confidence boosting and guidance with life skills. What We Are Looking For; ??Friendly, reliable and motivated individual. ??Three year experience in Mental Health. ??Health and Social care experience of Five years . ??Willing to learn and commit to all training requirements. ??Able to complete the two week rolling rota. ??Somebody who's passionate about making a difference in somebody's life. ??Option 1: 3x 14hour shifts a week (8am to 10pm) - please note this includes every other weekend - Bridgwater support living based - £16.40 per hour. ??Option 2: 2x 14hour shifts a week (8am to 10pm) & 1x 6hour shift a week 11am to 5pm - set two week rolling rota (this does include every other weekend) - £15 per hour. ??Option 3: 2x 14hour shifts a week (8am to 10pm) & 1x 6hour shift a week 11am to 5pm - set two week rolling rota (does include every other weekend) - £15.50 per hour.
