What's in it for you?Your starting salary will be £27,300 pa. increasing to £28,350 after 12 months and increasing again to £32,288 when you reach 3 years' service.
We are fully committed to progressing you through your PCO Portfolio or PCO Apprenticeship which would increase your salary to £32,288 as soon as either of these is successfully completed which can realistically be achieved within 12 to 18 months of joining us.
The main purpose of Digital Imaging Officer is to assist the Digital Forensic unit in providing a quality, high specification analytical and evidential service for the stakeholders of West Mercia Police which can robustly stand up to scrutiny of the legal profession and to ensure that Quality Standards including The International Organization for Standardization 17025/17020 and the Forensic Science Regulators (FSR) Codes of practice are maintained and adhered to.
