A smart Private Equity Firm are looking for an Office Manager to join the team in London asap. You will be working in a team of 25 alongside two EAs. This is a busy role, varied and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. You will be based in office 5 days in the heart of the West End. Core hours around 8:30 5:30. WHAT YOU'LL DO: This is a busy role you will be ensuring the smooth running of the office, IT and Finance heavy. Day to day duties include: Full operations of the office Maintaining office supplies and creating a pleasant work environment Providing front of house support, greeting clients Leasing with the international offices Invoicing and assisting accounts with payroll Managing full IT operations, hands on approach if something is broken Event & social organisation Updating the database with procedures and logging data Meeting room management Coordinating new starters with IT, resources and training Health and safety management WHO YOU ARE: You will be an energised candidate who enjoys problem-solving and will go the extra mile to get the job done. You will understand the procedures to run a professional office. Requirements: Degree or equivalent 4 years of Office Management experience Experience working in Finance Confident using all Microsoft Office platforms Extremely organised and pay high attention to detail Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal Able to focus on quality, discretion and confidentiality Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure If you are interested and meet the full criteria please apply today.
