We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in Human Resources to oversee the daily operations of the office and to support the HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for promoting a positive workplace culture. Job Title: Office Manager Type: 12-month FTC Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Location:?Reading, with free onsite parking Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HR database Address employee enquiries and provide HR-related guidance and support Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling Coordinating and supporting introductions and training for new employees Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support and facilities management Organising meetings, and attending to take minutes Updating and reformatting documents and templates General reception duties Adhoc administration tasks Skills and experience: Proven HR and office management experience Knowledge of handling HR queries, cases, and issues A good understanding of employment, health & safety, and operational laws Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office including spreadsheets Detail orientated with a positive attitude Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
