Our superb client with offices based in Rugeley is seeking an experienced Customer Office Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am - 5.00pm.
This is a fully office based role.
As Customer Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a team who support claims management and service delivery for the business which includes the despatch of technicians across the UK, planning efficient use of workforce, materials and equipment.
This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Lifestyle market.
