In this role, you will report to the Sales Team Leader, supporting back-office functions of the Sales team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team of field-based BDMs and the Sales Team Leader. Ensure timely and accurate responses to all calls, enquiries, transactions, or correspondence from external partners. Proactively call external partners. Maintain and build relationships with external partners to maximise business opportunities. Liaise with various internal departments on different matters. Extract and report information from the in-house CRM system. Update and collate information across multiple departments. Register new partners and individuals in the system. Learn the application process, focusing on potential issues and solutions. Review applications, cross-referencing with relevant databases and local portals. Attend in-house training sessions with various departments and third-party IT programs.
