Key responsibilities / duties
Manage the Estates asset database to provide an up-to-date record of assets the department are responsible for managing including obtaining asset information from other teams and amending the database to suit.
Become the estates subject matter expert on asset allocation between Estates and other University departments through understanding existing maintenance policies, processes and procedures.
