This is a brilliant opportunity for a Planning Administrator to join this specialist cosmetic manufacturer working alongside the Production Planner. We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised individual who is willing to learn and wants to pursue a career in Planning and Procurement. Responsibilities: A key supporting role with all admin tasks within the planning department. Maintaining, checking and organising production related data. This will include production schedules, inventory records and order updates. Working with the Production Planner to prepare reports and presentations. Distribute information to keep all parties are kept informed regarding production plans, changes and updates. Monitor emails Track progress of tasks ensuring deadlines are met. Load orders on to ERP system. Skills: Experience of ERP system / planning software Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to spot potential gaps in the workflow. Confident communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and confidently resolve queries.
