Page Personnel is supporting a not for profit organisation with their recruitment of a Finance and Office Administrator to join their accountancy team on a temporary basis. There is a strong chance this will go permanent for the right person. Working 30 hours a week between the office and home, you will support the General Manager with the day to day office duties.

Description

As the Finance and Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Purchase invoices
  • Raising invoices
  • Making payments
  • Petty cash
  • General administration

Profile

In order to be considered for the Finance and Office Administrator role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role
  • Be immediately available
  • Be able to travel to Gosport easily
  • Be able to multi task
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Have a can do, flexible attitude
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
