We're on the lookout for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team, stepping in for the current employee who's retiring after two decades of dedicated service.
You'll be a key player in ensuring clients-from care homes to community centers-get the best service possible.
This is a busy and varied role where you will be involved in all aspects of administration.
Your duties will include processing orders, matching orders, generating letters, setting up customers on the system, speaking with clients, matching invoices to orders and various month end procedures.
Salary £23,400 pro rata, 25 days holiday per annum (pro rata) rising to 27 after 5 years' service, contributory pension scheme, private health care, life assurance, modern office facilities, subsidised canteen, free parking onsite.
