Role Overview As a customer service advisor, your role is purely telephone based and involves calling on behalf of their clients to generate appointments for them to meet with business owners and senior decision makers. We are looking for candidates with: Experience in a sales/ lead generation and customer service role essential. Experience within financial or professional services sector. Good organisational and administrative skills. Strong IT capabilities with experience of using CRM systems. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. A professional approach. Their teams are set up to work from home and are supported by a close collaborative network of colleagues and managers. While this is a customer service work from home role, there is an expectation to work one working day a month in the office when required.
