We have a new, exciting role for an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Director and his team based across two sites in Bromley, Kent and Catford.
As the Office Manager, you would be working directly for one of our Directors and his PA who specialise in multi-site projects which are newly constructed or refurbished ready for rental.
These properties would be described as HMO's (Houses in Multiple Occupation) and are currently based throughout the London Borough of Lewisham.
To provide appropriate administrative support for meetings as and when required, including arranging venues, issuing invitations and agendas, collating reports, minute taking and distributing minutes as required
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
To ensure correspondence including letters, email and telephone calls are dealt with appropriately including alerting the Manager to specific priorities and issues.
