My client is a leading well established Law firm, looking to recruit a Office Manager on a 12 month FTC, based in the Gatwick office, the Gatwick office consist of two building across the road from each other, with approximately 160 partners and staff supported by the Office Manager and two Office Services Assistants.
The typical hours covered by the team are 08:30-17:30, this is a full time office based role.
JOB PURPOSE
To provide an effective, efficient and professional service to the Gatwick office covering (but not limited to) reception and office services support, facilities management and limited IT support.
The HR Administrator will be involved in data gathering, note taking for grievance cases, updating ER cases on our system and supporting with general ad hoc admin queries.
As Employee Relations (ER) Specialist, you will provide expert and pragmatic advice on the majority of ER issues, ensuring compliance with internal company policies and current legislative requirements.
Driving Required: Prior experience driving and holding certification for Fork lift truck is required (Current licence/certification for FLT is highly beneficial but not required)
