4Recruitment Services are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services in Doncaster.
The role will require you to
Work with the social model of disability and use evidence based practice to carry out person centre assessments to identify need and take appropriate action.
Promote independence and reduce risks for Adults with disabilities living in Doncaster.
The Occupational Therapist is required to be part of an in house service you will work closely with Occupational Health and will also support other members of the multi disciplinary team in the delivery of an effective Occupational Health service.
Working as part of their friendly, small Occupational Health team you will play a valued role, including:
Community Rehab Occupational Therapist to facilitate supported discharges home from hospital, condition management, falls assessments, activity of daily living assessments, interventions and reviews.

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday
This is a full time position working 37.5hrs/week over a 5 day week
To provide a Specialist Occupational Therapy Service for children/young people who have disabilities, complex health needs or chronic illness, social and housing needs.
To assess the needs of disabled children/young people, including those with long term conditions, terminal illness and behavioural problems, in the community.
