Within this team, they manage the relationship and service delivery from a range of Transfer Agents for both on and offshore fund ranges.
The team regularly conduct service review meetings and analyse the data, producing MI which enables the firm to drive a world-class service from their TA providers.
Due to continued growth our client is looking to appoint a Credit Underwriting Second Line Oversight Manager to manage the oversight of all Credit Risk position within the bank as well as underwiting issues and oversight responsibility in accordance with the risk appetite statement.
You will be expected to build a collaborative relationship with the 1st line of Defence Credit / Underwriting team as well as build Quantitative models for effective challenge of 1st line of defence outputs.
Key responsibilities
Provide Second line of defence review of the underwriting credit portfolio, in line with the bank's credit risk policies & the Department's Risk procedures.
Assist and direct the statutory powers of enforcement and planning control, including the investigating of complaints, the monitoring of development and liaison with other Regulatory bodies.
To assist the Planning Enforcement Manager in providing advice and guidance to Development Management as required.
The investigation of complaints, the accurate recording of facts and the preparation of reports concerning alleged breaches of planning control received from councillors, council officers, interest groups and members of the public.
