As an advisor you can expect to take between 40-50 calls on average per day and will be tasked with understanding the customers needs, closing the sale, building the customers basket (including services) and walking them through the full sales journey.
We are looking for a Basket Sales Advisor with fantastic customer service skills, combined with phone and sales experience, to call customers and close deals.
Your responsibilities will include proactively contacting existing and prospective customers, liaising with agency teams to generate leads, and supporting the training and development of the team to enable cross-selling of financial services products.
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Advisor and Senior Partner in generating leads and driving sales campaigns.
