Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.
The role requires the post holder to inspect a wide variety of manufactured product, using handheld measuring equipment, vision systems and other associated inspection equipment, support production in identifying issues, work to standard operating sheets as well as engineering drawings and specification sheets.
Working on dayshift initially with a view to moving onto a 2 or 3-shift rotation, this person must have at least 1 years' experience of working in a parts inspection environment, ideally within an engineering business (not essential).
