Experience & Responsibilities:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title checks, searches and enquiries.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure timely progression and resolution of issues.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law and conveyancing matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction.
- Keep clients informed of progress and updates throughout the conveyancing process.
