Keyholder Responsibilities If you're over 18, you'll joinas a keyholder. Our Retail Sales Assistants support our Store Management team to keep the stores running like clockwork by opening, closing, and running the store when needed, (holidays, days off, sickness etc), but don't worry we'll train you to do this. Thereare alot of valuable skills to learn here that will benefit you in the future. You'll also receive our additional keyholding pay enhancement when holding keys. Under 18? Internal Sales Representative Location: Halesowen Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 17:00 (2:30 finish on Fridays) Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive rate of pay plus attractive commission Our client, a leading company in the EDM industry, is offering a fantastic opportunity for a bright and aspiring individual to join their team. This role involves working alongside the external sales team to support sales efforts internally by proactively selling a full range of industry-leading EDM Consumables to a mixture of existing, lapsed, and new accounts. This position is not hybrid. Key Responsibilities: Identify customer needs and requirements to create sales opportunities. Convert opportunities into orders. Maintain and improve the database of prospects and existing customers. Identify new leads. Upsell to existing customers. Detail the necessary production equipment, raw materials, and labour needs for production. Submit reports on throughput. Identify priority orders and plan accordingly to meet customer requirements. Work with management to address any issues, setbacks, or quality control concerns. Support the purchasing team to anticipate raw material demands. Facilitate contract review meetings, discuss new production methods, and take notes and assign tasks. Prepare, complete, and file production paperwork in line with ISO 9001 quality procedures. Candidate Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Demonstrated successful track record in a sales role. Ability to confidently sell a wide range of products. Excellent customer service skills. Ideally have a technical background. Technical knowledge and experience of vacuum pump sales desirable. Ability to work as part of a team but also independently. Previous experience in cross and upselling. Experience in the Aerospace or IGT sector is ideal. Previous experience in the EDM sector is desirable. Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
