As a 3rd line infrastructure engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolution or escalation of issues assigned to you while ensuring the customer is the focus of your approach.

This particular role will be based at a school based in the Swinton area of Manchester, however you will become part of the central IT team and therefore, travel to other Manchester sites may be required, but they are all local.
