A proven track record in elderly care home management is essential and leading teams in the delivery of best care. Lettings Co-ordinator, £25000, must drive and have own transport, outskirts of Brighton near Falmer, Sussex, full time office based (not able to offer hybrid working) Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a similar property, rental, estate agency or lettings department. However full training will be given, and the right personality/culture is just as important. Looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys dealing with a busy workload, answering queries over the phone, responding to emails and internet accommodation requests. Booking in and attending viewings in person (hence a driving licence/own transport) is essential. Joining a small, agile, and sociable team of people, you will be quick to learn, a people person who is easy-going, with common sense and the ability to take the initiative. A typical day for the Lettings Co-ordinator will consist of: Assist with the full journey of our tenants and students, from letting rooms, hosting viewings, lead management and referencing. Supporting students' wellbeing to ensure their stay with us is as great as it can be. Dealing with phone calls, responding to emails and general administration. Helping prospective tenants find their ideal home through friendly and efficient Conducting viewings at our houses in a helpful and sales driven way. Using our systems to organise and prioritise leads. Consulting with tenants to guide them through referencing. The Lettings Co-ordinator will ideally have experience in the lettings/sales/customer service industry. Experience with using computer based HubSpot CRM systems, as well as (Excel, word, Google, etc) Someone who is proactive in their approach to work and can think on their feet and adapt. A self-motivated person who is driven Full clean UK driving licence and car. The Lettings Co-ordinator will receive full training and support, plus expenses and fuel when out. This is a friendly and supportive team, who do lots of regular social events together, so a team player is essential. The Lettings Co-ordinator is a full time, permanent role, outskirts of Brighton, Sussex, £25000, free parking, working Monday-Friday 9-5pm, 3% pension, 22 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
