Working as part of the Matrix Young People's Drug and Alcohol service to provide support and treatment to individuals aged 18-24.
To work directly with individuals and groups where appropriate within the targeted remit which include South Tyneside Adult recovery service (STARS), Leaving Care Service, Supported Housing providers, Probation, and other specialist areas, offering education, Harm reduction and care planned treatment interventions that reflect the holistic needs of individuals who use Drugs and or Alcohol (substances).
