The purpose of the Duty Manager Nights role is to take responsibility for operational delivery for the twilight shifts at the centre in line with our objectives of delivering a first-class customer experience at the centre.
As part of a team of Duty managers with full operational responsibility for the delivery of exceptional customer service standards, you will supervise the running of the centre across operational hours ensuring standards are met and any retailer / customer concerns are addressed.

This is a night position, so you will be responsible for leading and driving standards of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Technical requirements to ensure that the business and customer standards are kept, and that audit requirements are fully met.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver an effective support and safety plan with the service user referring to specialist agencies as required.
Engage with actual and potential referral agencies including local authority central access point/gateway services, statutory and voluntary sector agencies in order to generate referrals for the service as required.
