Cleaning supervisor
Location: Central London
Hours of work: 48
Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday, 12am-8am
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000

As a Cleaning Supervor with ID facility Management, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
- Deliver the highest level of cleaning service
- Build solid working relationships with our cleaning staff
- Train and motivate staff
- Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
- Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager
About You
- Excellent leader skills
- Ability to be proactive, with a "can-do" attitude
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
- Ability to implement the manager's requests through the teams on site
- A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
- Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
- Good level of English
- Driving license- mandatory
