About The Role

As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

ABOUT THE ROLE- A £3000 Golden Hello is just one of the ways we'll reward you when you join Barchester in this role.
Duties will include being a key point of contact for staff at the ARBs, updating the school database (Arbor), supporting areas such as the EHCP process, HR and Safeguarding administration, exam processes, home-school transport and providing Reception cover as well as additional administrative tasks commensurate with the post.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, personable and organised individual to join the Administrative Team which provides support over the five sites.
You will be a good communicator, experienced in the use of MS Office, smart in appearance and be professional and discrete regarding confidential matters.

As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in four of our care homes; one in each of the following locations, Braunton, Taunton, Torquay and Truro.
General
Reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, you'll analyse the results and identify practical strategies to make sure all regulations are met and ensure we continually improve the care we deliver, too.
You'll be expected to support the performance of each home ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards.
