We currently have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Adviser that comes with an uncapped OTE of £55k and the chance to work for Kent's busiest developer on a 300 unit scheme near Canterbury.
Working as part of a 2-person on-site sales team, you will be responsible for generating and converting sales from telephone, web and walk-in enquiries, demonstrating the schemes premium homes and taking reservations, before managing the sale through to exchange.
Working hours are 9.30am to 5pm, 5 days a week, including weekends -as part of your normal shift pattern - but with the flexibility of being able to take 1 in 4 weekends off.
You will be managing a region within the Land & New Homes Sales Department, so significant experience in New Homes sales is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Manager who has experience in both New Homes Sales and Residential Estate Agency to join a market leading company with a strong New Homes division, based in Surrey.
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Sales Negotiator with a proven track record within the New Homes sales industry.
This will be for a development in Coventry selling a range 2, 3, 4, bedroom properties.
You will need to prove that you have had previous New Home Sales experience with the ability to be able to demonstrate your previous track record in the industry.
